Quality service: Fast and Friendly
They do quality work and always with a smile. The only thing i would say they could do better is to have a dedicated spot to pick up your car when the work is finished. I had to hunt all over the lot for my car after paying the cashier.

Smoke in my car
Everyone is nice great job. I sale a competitive bend been in the business 30+ years .. everything was great just the last oil change someone either smoked n my car or had been smoking before they got in. I still smell it. This is the one thing that I can’t stand. Needless to say all rights were desolved by this one action.

thanks for letting us .we have cameras and they definitly did not smoke in your vehicle.we dont allow smoking in the biulding.they could have been to lunch or break and had it on them. we do apologize for your experience.

Wonderful!!!
I have serviced both my and my wifes cars and it has been great! Excellent customer service with good quality servicing. The car salesman dont harrass you while you wait on your vehicle nor are the wait times long and ridiculous. Overall a great experience that doesn't tie up your day.

Better than previous service
Seems as if they have new staff. Everyone was friendly. My recalls were fix very fast. I just hate I have to take my car back to put a part on (the reason I scheduled the repairs, then found out about recalls). I feel that parts should be in stock for a car that you sell but I understand that sometimes they have to be ordered. They did get my part in a timely manner and called to schedule it. Service has definitely improved. My salesman that I purchased my car from is awesome so if you need a great car and a great salesman go see Rick P. 4 yr Sonata owner and will purchase from Rick and Homer Skelton Hyundai again
