"Fair, honest and not overpriced"
Very pleased with the Service Department of this dealership. Work is done when promised, never had an issue with quality of the service/maintenance performed and the service writers and other staff are professional and courteous. One area of improvement needed however is answering the telephone and returning calls when messages are left in the department, especially early morning and late afternoon.

"Need Improvement, not impressed."
Went in for a simple Code Check, had appointment. Took 1.25 hours to check history and reset code. Fuse Panel Door was not put back on , laying on floorboard. Seemed that the technician was just lazy by not caring enough to put the panel back on (plus someone else's test results was left inside my vehicle as well). I was NOT impressed at all. The facility was clean, waiting area was good.
