Hurst Firestone and Auto Care

Your best interests are at the forefront. Today, they worked on my 2004 Nissan Xterra. They fixed what I asked and gave practical alternatives/time frames to the rest (but not at the expense of being unsafe). I'm grateful for their honesty and integrity. Hurst Firestone is the best auto repair shop in Flagstaff!

Exceptional service, reasonable prices, will to go the extra mile for customer. They unlocked my truck radio at no cost!!!!

It's difficult to find a place that has your best interest at heart. Hurst Firestone fits the bill. They have worked on my new and old vehicles for years. They know how to fix and know how to communicate to their customers. These do not always go hand in hand. Sitting in the waiting room, they treat every customer with respect. Walking in the garage, they explain and show. Much appreciated!

Bob listened to the issue I was having with my vehicle knowing I was trying to return home after a long travel cross country. He put my vehicle on the lift right away. He couldn’t get the seals required to stop the transmission leak for a few days. He drained the fluid and put a temporary sealer on the leak explaining this is just a temporary bandaid to get me home. He then refilled the gear oil in the transmission and cleaned up the mess that was underneath my vehicle.
He went above and beyond what I ever expected from anyone knowing the circumstances. He was more than reasonable with the service charge. That’s where I have to say he has a very rare quality of integrity that we all hope to experience when in need. I could not be more grateful!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in under a hour. Staff was frienldly and helpful.

I had four tires/wheels to install on a RHD Japanese van. The folks at Hurst did it no problem, were super helpful, and prompt. The price was way better than I would've gotten at Discount or anywhere else. I absolutely will recommend to friends. Thanks!

all is good with engine hesitation issue...was resolved. however on the brake adjustment, it was a tad too tight...it made a noise and emitted a smell so i had my mechanic friend check it out. he backed off the adjustment just a bit, now it runs great.
