Speed of service, friendly, helpful personnel.

Employees were very courteous, helpful, and service was done in a very timely manner.

Only thing...Charge was a little much as my car only needed an oil change; I have only owned it for 7 months and did not have but 3900 miles on it, but the package-price I paid for included other services that I did not need. It's OK, but kinda high.
I do love the car!!

Don’t charge for services I don’t want

The works package deal is a joke. If I want an oil change then that’s what I want to pay for. I don’t want to have to tell them not to touch my tires or anything else and still have to pay the same amount. BRING BACK THE OIL CHANGE.
The people are great and service is fast and reliable.

SERVICE WAS GREAT, STILL DISAPPOINTED

I am disappointed about the reason why I had to take the car in to have it fixed after just having it one day in my possession. I think if you buy something you don't expect it to have problems right off the bat. However, I was met half way for the repair work that needed to be done. I know it's a used car but I wasn't expecting to have problems so soon. When I am able to buy another car it will have a warranty. Otherwise, your service department is great, James was very understanding and helpful.
