Beware of additional hidden costs

Disappointed in first oil change
First oil change in our new car was higher than what we were told when we bought the car. Also, when we bought the car, we were told that it would be washed each time the oil was changed. It was not washed.

Time crunch
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service manager informed me of a recall and they found a cross threaded wheel stud. I had a limited time before heading to work and he assured me they could get it done. He ensured that the work was done in time and got me out in time for work. Excellent work and communication.

Professional and honesty
I have been bumbed out by dealership s to the point that I won't go to one. I gave Columbia Hyundai a chance and they have been great. They have changed oil, rotated my tires and last visit repaied my air conditioner under warranty. They are Friendly and do the work when they say they will. The only dealership I would recommend and I've lived in Columbia a long time.
