Outstanding Service
Since my husband's death in 2015, I have been responsible for my car's timely maintenance and service. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional,
courteous, and friendly. However, I must commend Avery. She takes care of all the requirements and then exceeds my expectations. She is patient with me
when I ask questions and trust me, I ask many for I am retired school teacher with NO mechanical background. Each and every time she will show me how "to work" some of the gadgets that I forget about due to a little leftover "chemo brain". I have a 2013 Genesis but I also have a 2007 Azera I am thinking about
selling and again, she answers any questions I field. Wonderful and knowledgeable young lady that I would hire if I owned a business! Hyundaii of Dothan is blessed with a total nice staff of all I have met.

Inconsiderate long timing for small car repair
This review is written by Christine Sherman not Michelle Little whose name appear on the document. I paid for the oil change and had car brought in for the replacement part. I can’t process the car being there all day for that replacement part.
The recommendation would be up to their discretion. This is / was a personal experience I would not discredit the place to others. The question is ambiguous as to whether to recommend to friends.

I've talked with my employees about your situation and your car went to get cleaned up, it sat there and was never touched. I'm not trying to pass the blame. We are a team and we dropped the ball. Great service.
Over the years I have purchased a total of 6 vehicles from this dealer.

One of the main reasons is their service department which is among the best I have ever experienced and considering that I am 76 years old and owned many vehicles over the years, that is quite a statement!

I am not related nor know anyone personally at the dealer and this is just my honest opinion.

Had to come back for oxygen sensor
Got us in and out quickly however we told the service department that an oxygen sensor had been diagnosed when I stop by previously but they did not have one in stock so I have to bring the car back and we come from Eufaula
