Time
I have been a customer for at least 7-8 years and have never seen such a service back up. Others were talking about it, too. Are you not hiring enough mechanics, service reps or what? When it's just an oil change or some simple thing, I expect better than this. Politeness is not the issue....it's the time. Hire more help!!!!

Survived a another day
Was on the fence whether i was going to return to this location again especially what happen to my wife car a few weeks earlier 2 lug nuts left off after a tire rotation, not good on a simple maintenance service but i came back

Battery
No good when they tell you all fluids are good and your stranded the next day because your battery is leaking and swollen.

Excellent Service!
I wasn't completely satisfied with my first visit; they weren't able to identify the problem I was having. I had filled out the survey that I wasn't completely happy, but I immediately received a call to bring the car back in, everyone was VERY accommodating. I was issued a loaner to I wasn't inconvenience with not having my car. The service was EXCELLENT, the employees were EXCELLENT and my car has been repaired. Would highly recommend this dealer to my friends and family. Thank you I appreciate all your help.

Unfixed issue
My santa Fe did not get the air conditioning fixed although the whole unit was replaced. Had to bring it back on the 16th as the air would not come on until I stopped for gas after driving 24 miles into Kingman, AZ. The compressor was replaced on the 17th. When I started the car, the heater came on and I went in to get the service person. When he started the car the air came on. This morning, the air did not come on until I again drove into Kingman .. a 24 mile drive. I called the service dept and left a message for the service manager. As it is Saturday, I will not be able to bring the car in until Monday. As you can probably tell... I am not at all happy ... and I want this problem fixed. I have already paid over $ 3,000.00 and still have this issue in the hottest time of the year. This figure does not include the money spent on rentals.
