No appointments available, no return calls for service appointmsnts set up, then canceled
Several weeks ago, I went in for factory requested service. Told I was to early for service, then I told them my trunk shell was separated from the car frame and my pop up display was constantly dropping my connection to Apple Car play. Thought it was my phone, so bought an upgraded phone, still same issues. Told me they would call with new appointment, but called 3 weeks later for the next day. No heads up. Told them I would be traveling, and was told the service Manager would call to set up new date and discuss my service failure concerns. No call still. Now my tire sensor has failed, even though my tires are at factory specs, but they tell me it will be end of Dec or mid Jan until they can get me it. SERIOUSLY? I have had nothing but negative interactions since I bought the car, including a CERTIFIED approval from my Credit union for the purchase of the car, but they ran 6 credit checks on my and almost ruined my credit, and nothing but issues for all the items that now are happening to my car. I will never buy a car from this dealership if it is not taken care of immediately, and my company has decided to cancel a fleet buy due to the horrible customer service and service department failures.
