This warranty repair department spares no expense to waste your time in telling you that parts, covered by warranty, are available which are really not. Two scheduled appointment trips already with the results being "we don't have your part" after both visits. It is very likely that the lack of organization at this location are extreme and impacting all the way to the customer's time which is obviously not valued at all.
