I went in with a Groupon and came out as a Gym Member - it was a great workout. Jessica and Crystal were very friendly and welcoming. The Instruction was great and so was the music. I can see why kickboxing helps lose the lbs and tone the body. As a 50+ year old female - I can still get it done with kickboxing!!!!
