I have never been terribly self conscience, but I have known I wanted to get in better shape. I knew eating better wasn't enough. So I decided to do kickboxing because I felt like I would do better if I had a scheduled class time. ILKB has been the best thing for me. They push me to my limits during every class with positive reinforcement. What started out as a desire to just look nice on my wedding day has turned into wanting to transform my body into something I never imagined it could be. I have been going for about three months and I am definitely seeing results.
