Quick turnaround on my transmission repair, fair pricing, and superb customer service. I brought in my car for a transmission issue that had been bothering me for weeks. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail, and fixed it promptly.
The best part? It genuinely feels like I'm working with a family friend - Mike keeps your best interests in mind and is clear when offering solutions. Even when I had to opt for a short-term solution to get me back on the road, he explained the pros and cons so I could make an informed decision (and know what I can expect in the future).

Chasing the nickel
Patron beware. Never said anything about a diagnostic charge. I was surprised when I was told about a $50 charge when I said it was too much for the repair. I do not mind a service charge but, PLEASE let me know before OR during diagnosis, How about a sign on the business?
Will not be using this "mechanic" ever. I do not like surprise charges. Imagine if any work would have been done...surprise
John said they always take good care of him always give him the best price and have excellent service, overall. Another place wanted eighteen hundred dollars to work on his air conditioning and this business did it for five hundred.
Rita said she has been going there for 30 years and she loves them. They are respected, totally honest and are a successful business, because of their integrity. She has recommended them to lots of people and wouldn't go anyplace else. She thinks the new owner, Mike, is very personable and sincere.
Greg said the staff was able to give him an appointment right away, promptly serviced his vehicle, did everything that they said they would do, explained what they did, only billed him for what they did and provided an excellent service.
