A throwback to old times of trustworthy and knowledgable mechanics.
I've been in the logistics business for seven years and have yet to be able and a reliable, honest, and communicative mechanic from the Rio Grande Valley until I found Integrity Auto Repair. That search has covered from Harlingen up to Mcallen and either I run into a language barrier with local mechanics which results in sub par service, or outright grifters and thieves in individuals who claim to have provided us with reliable service yet nothing was actually done upon deeper inspection. This includes dealing with the local Ford dealerships which serviced a few of our trucks in our fleet. Not only did Ruben (Integrity Auto Repair) diagnose our problems, they fixed previous shotty work from a previous dealership, while also identifying other issues and provided me with a recommended path forward on how to address the smaller issues in our vehicle. I have a shop internal that focuses on maintaining our trucks, but I will now dedicate all of our gas powered fleet vehicles to get worked on here when it comes to mechanical fixes beyond maintenance. I even had some discussions about personal projects I will work in collaboration with them in the near future. Needless to say, you will not find a better and honest mechanic team locally in my opinion. Trust me, I've spent seven years looking.
