Jerry said this business did not do nothing he asked them to do and they made his vehicle worse than what it was before he took it in. He asked them to fix and or find the problem to his air horns and they did not even touch them. Instead, they provided him with another diagnostic that he did not ask for. Adam, the employee who worked on his vehicle made his battery die. His battery was not dead before coming to this business and now the horn goes off on its own, whenever he turns his vehicle off. Currently, he has to keep his battery charging overnight and he has to remove the fuse to the horn when he turns off his vehicle, so it does not go off. He said Adam is not knowledgeable about vehicles. When Kevin worked on his vehicle in the past, he did a good job. Before he dropped his vehicle off during this most recent visit, he called them twice because he wanted to speak with Kevin. He was not able to get a hold of him. Adam asked him what was wrong and then told him he would be able to fix his vehicle. However, he made the problem much worse. He was inspecting his vehicle and found a yellow wire. It will not connect to anything and he doesn't know where it came from, but it was not there before he took his vehicle in. He said now he has to take his vehicle to another facility to get everything straightened out which is probably going to cost him about $2000. He put his trust in them and they provided bad business.

Mario said they did a diagnostic. It was supposed to be done the same day and it was diagnosed on the third day. They performed an estimate but he doesn't understand why the problem wasn't detected.
