My vehicle had broken down on the side of the road. I called J&T, described the issue and asked if they could take care of it, and Alex said that he could, so I had my car towed to him. Alex called me back, told me what the issue was, along with some other issues that he had found, gave me a quote and estimated time he could be done. Sure enough, the work was done when he said it would be and my car runs great!. I was very impressed with the customer service, and being kept in the loop every step of the way. I Will most definitely be returning!.
