I came the day before and saw that they were extremely busy. The next morning I was there early and saw they were short staffed. Although, the team was short staff; they informed me that they would get me done that day. I left and received a call mid afternoon about 1:40pm saying "You can come pickup your vehicle". Not truly having an appointment, I was truly satisfied. J&S strives to please their customers!!!!
