"Great customer service "
I scheduled an oil change for 7:30 in the morning and Tia Herbst gave me one of the best customer services that I have ever experienced. I honestly didn’t know Jeff Wyler had an express oil change service. Tia was on point for communicating about the update of my vehicle. I’ve nothing but say excellent customer relations.

CUSTOMER IS CORRECT IN THE TIME IT TOOK FOR SERVICE THAT DAY. WE HAD SEVERAL THAT CAME IN WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND TRIED TO GET THEM ALL DONE. THE CUSTOMER IS CORRECT IN FEELING UPSET WITH THE TIME IT TOOK.  THE SERVICE MANAGER WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THE CUSTOMER FOR HER CONCER TO APOLOGIZE. THIS IS NOT NORMAL FOR OUR SERVICE DEPT.

Mrs Ault called, I spoke with her, apologized about lengt of service, advised her this is not normal for us.  I told her the I would like to take care of her next oil change and tire rotation at no charge, not using one of her WylerCare.
