Had a nail in the sidewall of a tire and it required replacement. The road hazard warranty that came with the purchase was honored and my tire was covered. thanks for offering this service with a purchase. Replacement was quick and your service folks were all very nice and professional

"Last minute Service"
On a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, I unavoidably hit a ladder that fell in the middle of an interstate hwy. I called and they took my vehicle in immediately to assess damage. One tire was damaged, they checked the warranty, ordered my tire and I had my car back the day after the holiday. The service is always efficient, the employees are respectful and helpful and I leave with a vehicle that is safe. I have peace of mind when I leave Jerrys. We have used their services for our vehiclies for more that 15 yrs. excellent service, every time.

I called to set up an 11am Saturday appt. to have my tires rotated and dropped my car off early so I could shop at the Saturday farmers market, not expecting to get my car until noon but they were able to get it in earlier and it was done before 11 am. Great job guys. Thanks.
