"Great service"
The staff were really helpful and welcoming. I chose the wait-in appointment. There is a tv, coffee station and a nice seating area. They also brought donuts to the waiting area. I'm very pleased with the service.

"Location, Friendliness, and Comittment to customer service"
Overall, a great experience with this location. I am very conservative with my reviews so I rarely giver 5 stars until I have been going to a place for some time. This is the first time I have been at this Hyundai dealership so I would say a 4 star rating is very good. Time will tell to see if it will bump up to five stars :)

"Great staff!"
It was Robert's 2nd day on the job and he was the BEST! I came in needing my steering column fix and was so worried about cost and other issues beyond my control. He could not have been friendlier. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and explained what was happening in a way I could understand. Other members of your staff were so friendly, making sure the waiting room was comfortable, offering me donuts, to the nines. I was there a while but I didn't mind because your staff made me feel like a queen. I've always hated going to places to get my car serviced but I will definitely be back.

No one is perfect so it really matters how a company responds when the inevitable "oopsie" happens. Jim Ellis responded immediately to my feedback on a minor issue (delay during an oil change) and that made all the difference. Great job.
