Ashby said she had dropped her vehicle off back in August and the mechanic was supposed to find out what was wrong, because her battery kept dying. She left it for 3 days and the place gave her a loaner. He couldn't figure out the problem. She stated he gave her the vehicle back and told her she had to figure out the problem, so she purchased a new battery. She's still having the same problem.
