Sales: When we arrived, Mr. Alex Reyes greeted us. We told him we wanted to see four different types of vehicles, and with no hesitation, he said of course! He tried to help us narrow down vehicles, but he reassured us that we would get to see all four. Alex had a lot of information about all the cars we visited with him. After spending about an hour or so in the sun with all the vehicles. I sure thought he would be annoyed or impatient with us, but the opposite, he was professional and understanding. Then, my husband and I fall in love with the 2021 Ford Explorer XLT. We decided to begin negotiating, and let me tell you, it was an impressive process. After Alex went back and forth to finance to inform them of the price and APR we wanted. Finance comes and talks to us.
Finance Director: Then, Mr. Pedro comes and introduces himself, and we continue the process with him. We appreciate the transparency he gave us and how informative he was. Then, let's say we agreed on a price that made us feel confident to decide on. Besides, I want to thank him for answering every single question I had. I gave him an earful, but he was prepared and patient with me. So thanks, Pedro!!
Sales: Then, Alex took us upstairs to the finance department and informed us that Mr. Craig would be finishing the process with our down payment and title paperwork. However, he will be downstairs and working on getting the vehicle clean and ready for us.
Finance: Pedro also followed my request to the T. I asked that my husband's and I credit only be run by three banks & precisely that happened! Pedro made sure to go upstairs and informed Mr. Craig that he would only run our credit through the one bank we decided on. Once Mr. Craig was ready for us, he explained how the process would go. From there, it was straightforward, the warranties, bank information &, etc. He explained everything in detail! I stopped him several times when we were going over numbers, and he had no problem explaining to me. I did informed him that my first time buying a car was an eye-opening experience, and I didn't want that type of experience to happen here. He understood and apologized for what I went through and hoped he could make it easier and better, which he did! Well, after we finished signing our paperwork and went over all details. He got us taken care of, and we head downstairs to wait for our car to be ready.
Sales: Alex Got the vehicle prepared and set us up. & BAM!, we were on the road with our brand new car!!
