Once I finally got my car back, I realized they had *not* properly fixed the door handle (they opened and closed the door for me at pickup, only realized upon return home). I called back immediately and they told me they’d order a new part and call me the following week for the fix.
Over a week went by with no update so I called once again and we were able to schedule a specific time/day for the repair to be completed. However once this second time came and I dropped my car off, they proceeded to keep it again for well over a week with no communication or updates.
Eventually I went to the shop and demanded my car back as the repair was not safely being completed within a timely manner. I was told they would refund me for the incomplete repair, however a few weeks went by with no word. I emailed them a formal letter of the timeline and one last request for my money back, but of course did not hear anything back since then. It’s been 2 months with no communication or refund. Very very disappointed. Beware of this shop.
