"Rescued from a dying battery"
When my car hesitated starting and the engine light appeared on the dash, I knew I had a problem and drove right to Jordan's. They got me in right away without an appointment, during the lunch hour, ran diagnostics and, sure enough, the battery needed replacing. A call giving me the price and for the "OK" was received, and my car was ready by 5 that afternoon. Complimentary rides from and back to Jordan's were greatly appreciated. Just another part of the great, friendly customer service at Jordan's. They are definitely my "go to" for automotive services.

"came to the rescue again"
We had a brake issue. Took it to Muskegon Brake and they determined it was the calipers and not the master cylinder. Turns out it was the master and not the calipers. Jim at Jordans kindly welcomed out car again and repaired the problem. We had no brakes. Jordans has done us right--they are honest , knowledgeable and true.

"Needed a new rear end"
Bought a 2007 Dodge Nitro and discovered it had quite a bit of noise coming from the rear end while driving. Thought it was just the axle bearings -- ended up needing to have the entire rear end replaced. Jim went out and found a used rear end instead of having to buy a remanufactured at 2x the cost! Was still a costly repair; but, it was done right and no more noise when I'm driving down the road. Feel a LOT more confident when driving down the road now.
