"less than satisfied customer"
Firstly, Jeff estimated the hours of my 90K mi tuneup at 1.5 hours. Next thing, it's 2.9 hours, almost TWICE the estimate when John calls! How does that work, please explain.
Secondly, Jeff called to tell me my car is ready, oh except the brake fluid hasn't been changed so I have to bring the car back in to get that done. You had the car from 8AM-5PM and did 3 hours of work, why wasn't my job completed? Jeff said he forgot that it took 2 people to do the flush job and they went home for the day already when I talked to him at 4. Then he said they had to do alot of stuff to my car, making it sound like that was the reason it wasn't done. You knew what you had to do when I called in to schedule the appt. and Jeff and John said it would be done on Friday. Not done, NOT happy!
Thirdly, when I picked up my car the radio antenna wouldn't go up, but instead the open door light comes on on the dash! I called Jeff and he said it's probably because of changing the battery, but it still is not working. Did this not come up on the "test-drive?" that Jeff said y'all did?
I was exceptionally disappointed at the "service" and excuses, and didn't think it was very professional.

We didn't get all the work done on Ms Fischer's car, because my Father passed away that morning. My brother Bob left to take of the funeral arrangements. I stayed and tried to take car of the cars scheduled that day. I did get most of the work done except the brake flush which was to late and to get done and my helper had left. Geoffery who works the front desk, did make the mistake of not telling Ms Fischer about the death in the family. That was the reason we were behind all day. When Ms Fischer dropped her car of in the morning, I had told her that we would give her car an inspection and check the service due and call her back later with a complete estimate, which she agreed to. I have since talk to Ms Fischer and she acknowledged that is what was said about the estimate. She did bring the car back in and we did find a blown fuse that was causing the electrical problems . For some reason we did not notice the electrical problem at the end of the day
