Service continues to be the best around
My son's car needed another oil change and inspection for the winter. Palmer has serviced the car for a number of years and has always been fair with price, outstanding service advice and repair.

2004 Dodge Dakota (the service)
I am glad I brought our truck to you for the following reasons:
1. Great communication both at the service desk and by phone
2. Excellent service attempt and possible remedy, yet to be determined completely but so far so good.
3. Extraordinary convenience in both your location and your help in delivering the truck to me at work.
4. Helping my wife with facilitating payment.
5. Familiarity with staff
6. I really appreciate the end- around Dodge in obtaining bulbs/parts!

The only glitch at the moment is that the climate control lights have stopped working which leads me to think the fault lies beyond bulb replacement. Any feedback?
