Glen said this was not the first time he brought his vehicle in for the same problem and the business discovered new problems on his vehicle and he chose not to elaborate any further.

Glen had brought in his 1995 Buick for rough running and oil smell , smoking (1/9/12). The rough running turned out to be spark plug wires arcing (he decided to replace himself). Previously, 1 week earlier we had replaced an ignition coil that had went dead and needed replacement. The second issue was oil smell/smoking, that needed new gaskets and seals to correct the problem which was approved . He didn't expect another bill so soon after the first repair, I explained with a 17 year old car it can happen and it can be frustrating to have multiple bills occurring in a short period of time. Glen seemed to understand this and said he would be in soon for an oil change.
