Keith stole my SUV when he was supposed to be putting new Cadillac converters on it! Paid for service Nov. 2022 , got my suv back December 2022 , by February 2023 the Cadillac converters were not working properly . He was suppose to warranty them out . Today is October 3rd 2023 and I’ve paid for over 6months of insurance for a car I haven’t been able to use because he’s ignoring me and not answering my calls . I also shut down the car shop! Terrible customer service ! Also he had my SUV in parts when I saw him and someone told me that you don’t need to take off the front of the car to put on Cadillac converters so I will be taking you Keith to court ! You can keep the suv! I don’t want it ! I don’t know what weird things you’ve done to it in these past few months ! Almost a year! You are a scammer!
