Great product but don’t buy the plan
The cars (3 now) I’ve leased and the subsequent service I’ve received have been great, but here’s my gripe: when leasing my current car, the finance guy talked me into a service plan that was a total rip-off. Learn from my mistake and don’t do it—the plan doesn’t cover what he’ll lead you to believe it does. Way cheaper to pay as you go on service. Being suckered into this service plan left a really bad taste in my mouth about the dealership in general, which is influencing my opinion about doing future business with them. Their service department is awesome, though!

Hyundai Service.
Starting using dealer service department vs independent repair because of warranty. Concerned at first prices would be much higher but pleased at how reasonable they actually are. Nothing beats how knowledgeable they are and many times lower than estimate. Jerrin especially good.

Great staff - too many cars for the lot
I enjoyed the Kearny Mesa staff they were all very helpful and efficient. My only complaint has to do with the amount of cars on the lot it made it very difficult to drive around to the service station.
