"Everyone at Ken Garff NEVER. disappoints "
We’ve bought now vehicle #4 from Ken Garff and we keep going back because they are great at what they do. Their customer service is amazing, they listen to their customers, and they get you on your way real quick. "Horrible shuttle service. Don't count on a shuttle"
I was told I was scheduled for a shuttle so I could get to work. I even came early for my appointment just in case. Apparently there was no shuttle available and wouldn't be for some time. They suggested I walk or take trax or a bus. None of these options would work, or get me to work on time. I was late to work. Someone finally came into the office and arranged someone to drive one of the hundreds of cars they have to work. Never again

I am treated with respect from the moment I drive into the bay for the regular oil change and tire rotation.
I know what I will be paying for before I pay. They answer all of my question honestly and respectfully. The Service Department is very easy to work with.
Also like that a comfortable place to wait is provided and with popcorn and drink.

"Good experience every time"
This visit, my car needed a good going over being over 103,000 miles young! I dropped my Hyundai off in the morning and all of the work was done by mid-afternoon. I have had most of my service done here and have been treated well by the advisers every time. I love the convenience of booking online.

Ken Garff gives great customer service and takes good care of my car. Only negative comment is they give a free car wash coupon and they are difficult to get into. It was great when ken garff did the car wash and I did not have to worry about it.

I brought my car in to be serviced today. I was treated excellent they apologized for what had happened they got me in out very quickly. I have been bringing my car for about 6 years I have always be impressed with the service. I understand at times there maybe issues that may come up. But I appreciate the follow up service I was given and will continue to have my car serviced here
