Damaged several parts over a simple oil change
I Took my truck in to be serviced for just an oil change I asked them not to rotate the tires and they did anyway. I live in Centerville and drove all the way out to South town after they changedvmy oil I drove all the way back home there was oil everywhere so I drove back to South town and they looked at it and whoever changed the oil broke a bunch of parts which caused the oil to leak out I’m lucky that my engine didn’t blow on the way back I barely had any oil when I got there. They said they would hurry and fix it. They said they would get the parts ordered and fix it right away, just to wait. My fiancé and I waited there for over two hours, she’s pregnant and she was miserable she was starving. I was tired of waiting they didn’t care I tried getting a hold of the GM no phone call back!! I then tried to explain the situation the service advisor he didn’t care to hear it. I asked for at least a half tank of gas for the inconvenience to drive back-and-forth and he didn’t wanna hear it, he said I live in Salem so I have to drive back-and-forth too so I know how much gas is so you don’t need to tell me and we’re not gonna fill your tank up! I said I’m not asking you to fill my tank up I’m asking for a half a tank of gas for the inconvenience. They were very rude and I was very disappointed at the south town location I will not be taking my truck back there ! Very disappointed in the GM and the service advisor. All I asked for was a half a tank of gas for my inconvenience and just to get it done because my pregnant fiancé was miserable. This is what you get when you go to Southtown Ken Garff Hyundai to get an oil change.

Shame on the GM and service advisor!!!
