Went the extra mile
Let's just say that if I had not gone to the dealer I would have spent a lot more money on the repair of my steering problem. A company extended warranty covered the fixing of the problem which I would not have gotten any lace else. Good work by the Service Manager made a grateful customer. Good job, thanks!

I do have an under the hood bothersome noise that isn't able to be diagnosed without further expense. It is apparently something the dealership has not dealt with before. The noise may be coming from the timing chain area. It is louder when the engine is cold and occurs when I engage the transmission. As the engine warms the noise seems to become much less. I would like Hyundai to comment on this problem if they have any experience in this area. Ken Vance service and I have agreed to drive it as is assuming that it is not an emergency situation. There has been some diagnosis to eliminate various possibilities on the exterior of the engine.

A great place to do business.
The people who work at Ken Vance are very friendly and helpful. The mechanics are excellent at their jobs. Free car wash when in for oil change. Easy to make appointments. We have done business with them for many years. This is our second Hyundai Sonata and we really like them.
