I declined service and immediately called Ken’s. I’m so glad I did. I talked to Kevin and told him what was going on. I brought the truck over to him, and by the time I got home, Kevin texted me with pictures of the real issue. It was simply a locking mechanism that wasn’t reattached properly, most likely caused by Airport Ford when they worked on it last.
Ken’s got it fixed and charged only $67 bucks!!! They saved me hundreds of dollars!
It’s not everyday you find honest people in the auto service business, but you’ll find it at Ken’s. What a great place and Kevin is the best! He will treat you right!
