"Replaced Lost Key Fob"
I recently lost one of the key fobs on my old Elantra. I had an extra fob but it was showing its age and didn't always work right. I stopped by Kerry Hyundai service to order a replacement. After placing my order, it took a couple of days to get the fob. Once it came in, it only took about 20 minutes to program it and I was on my way. The parts and service desk employees were friendly, polite, and very helpful.

"Personally I am a little frustrated "
This isn’t about my visit at this time. I had issues with my tags. I have been waiting for my referral money and have yet to get it. My brother and SIL bought a car there and was told I would get 100.00. Dave Sharp said he would work on it. I know he left . Then I spoke to Andrew and never heard back. Talk to Bill and was told I would get a call back . That was a week ago. Then left a message this week never got a call back.

Service my car was making a rattling noise when I told the rep . He said they would look at it . I asked if the warranty covered it he said he will have to see. It’s a brand new car it’s bumper to bumper. Maybe that’s what he is told to say.

Also was told different things when I purchased the car. I was told I would have an automatic start heated seats and sunroof.
When I got there that didn’t happen. I probably won’t recommend another person. After I did I have had issue after issue

The young man at the desk helped me out and handled everything even on my recall that I ask about. He did it before I said anything. Took really good care of me was so surprised by how helpful he was. Wish I could remember his name. He had a beard the other one did not at Florence dealer. Hats off to him.
