"Efficient and organized"
They have a great system in place to get you in and service completed on vehicle. I would of liked to had my vehicle cleaned while they had it, but it wasn't worth waiting 45 min. for, beyond my oil change.

"Another recall but Key makes it easy. "
I had ordered a small part in October and noticed a recall. The service rep. Was right there to call me that the hard to get part was in. Everything about the appointment was fine, except my rep. Said she’d be back in a moment. After 15 minuets I went to another rep. Who helped me. A little disorganized but they are so nice that it wasn’t much of a problem.

Always a great place to come, never a dull moment. The fault was diagnosed & the parts were ordered on a previous visit, fitted quickly by JR, even better it was under warranty. Both Kayla & Kaream were quick & professional, my daughter was able to get in & out without a fuss on both occasions, I never go anywhere else, especially Orange Park, even though we live 10 miles from there!!!
