If you are going to take appointments, they should mean something!
I had a weekday morning appointment for a safety recall fix that was supposed to take about an hour (according to the recall letter). Upon arriving I had to wait almost a half hour to even talk to a service advisor. Then I went to a movie and when I returned my car wasn't ready and there was no estimate of when it would be. I was sent to Enterprise next door for a courtesy car, which I really did not want to do because my young daughter was with me and this meant having to transfer her car seat to the rental which is a big pain. Enterprise took a very long time as well. And it turned out my car wasn't ready until about 5pm that night. My recommendation would be to not take appointments if they are meaningless to you. If you do take appointments, you should make some effort to a) not overbook yourself, and b) prioritize customers with appointments. This whole experience makes me hesitant to buy another Hyundai in the future.
