Got an estimate of two weeks to repair minor bumper damage and broken tail light. Told "could run to $4-$5,000 if there is hidden damage." Ended up costing $13,000+ and in the shop for six weeks, despite repeated promises that it would be done in a few more days. No parts were ordered until car was in shop for eleven days. Pictures on website rarely updated as promised. Still ordering parts on week five. Everyone was very nice and polite, but the price compared to estimate, the time it took, the broken promises, and incompetence in ordering parts on time made this a disaster. Never could recommended to friends or family.
