Spoke with Robert's wife. She said this business did a wonderful job on the vehicle, but she had the following issues. She stated she called this business on a Thursday, and the woman who works at the front desk told her to bring it in on a Monday because she would order the parts, and the parts would be there on Monday. She also told her the rental business preferred giving out rentals on week days rather than weekends. When she dropped her daughter's vehicle off on Monday, the same woman she spoke with on the phone was at the front desk, but the parts hadn't been ordered, adding the woman goofed. She asked the woman if they could keep her daughter's vehicle at this business while the parts were being ordered, which the woman agreed to. She mentioned the woman at the front desk was very sweet, and even made her a cup of coffee. Even though she wasn't promised a time when her daughter's vehicle would be ready, the repairs weren't started for 2 days, because they were waiting for the parts to come in. There was also confusion at the end of the repairs. She got a call on a Friday at work at about 4:30 PM telling her the vehicle was ready, and she had to pick it up because the rental had to be turned in that night. She works far away from this business, and had to leave work. She took time off of her vacation pay by leaving work early. She and her daughter had to make plans to meet in order to drop off the rental, and to pick up the vehicle at this business, adding the above was a hassle to coordinate. It took them a few hours to take care of everything. She said she has been to this business once before, and they were great.
