Mike said they did not follow up on his key, which is falling apart. He called and was told they would try to reach the appraiser. He has not heard back after a week. Little things like that make him never want to use the business again. He even told them he would pay if they ordered one. He was not completely satisfied with their courtesy because he has not heard back. He did not have any other problems. On their own, they buffed a defect.
