Spoke with Flavia. She said this business is a safe, friendly and clean place. The receptionist is fabulous, and the gentleman who assisted her is very polite. She is not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work or paint work performed because her defrost is not working now and there is a small penny sized chip of paint on the front passenger door.
