John said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because they drilled extra holes into his bumper, for the license plate. He is not completely satisfied with the paint work because they only blended the bumper and front fender to match. The way it was explained to him on the phone led him to believe all of the paint on the vehicle would match. When he picked the vehicle up he found it would cost him an extra $500 to get the rest of the vehicle to match. Had he known he would have declined, and not paid the extra $150 to blend the paint. When the vehicle was returned to him only the bumper and the front fender were clean. He was not satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they were defensive about the holes they drilled into his vehicle. He was not impressed with Carlos' customer service skills. He would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated. He has written a review of his experience on Yelp.com.
