Shashikiran said he requested for them to call him once the door was open. He didn't get the call until the end of the repair. The vehicle was promised to be returned Friday but due to additional damage, it was finished on Tuesday. He is unsure what other damage was found. Also, he mentioned the bodywork was clean but not the inside. However, he didn't appreciate the way Geico treated him, they were rude at times.
