Spoke with Chuck. He said his experience was far from perfect, but it didn't totally suck. He had to go back in because they did not connect the lighting for the rear license plate. He had a diagnostic code in his windshield that indicated that his lights were out. His vehicle was ready 5 days late and they told him that after they tore it down they found more damage. He said he isn't sure if that was true because he was given different answers from the insurance company and the business.
