Alison said she discovered that the brake light they replaced is not working. She is not happy about it because she could have received a ticket. The business did not complete 25 percent of the work on the vehicle. Her case was shifted from one person to another and they did not notify her. She said she feels she fell under the cracks. She was satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel when they actually interacted with her. She was not satisfied when they did not communicate with her about the change in representatives. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
