Sanjiv said there's other problems with his vehicle which he's trying to figure them out. There are some scratches on the hood along with a chip on the windshield. Some scratches and dings are found on the passenger door. His vehicle also has a problem with the rear window shader. It ended up being about 10 to 12 business days longer and he doesn't know the reason why. He detailed his vehicle prior and he found some dirty hand marks on the driver's side door. Since his vehicle was taken to this business, then it's this business' responsibility to fix it. He's still fighting to get these issues fixed with his vehicle. Due to the experience he wouldn't recommend them to others.
