Spoke with Liz. She said the paint job was beautiful, and it was a very nice surprise they'd cleaned the vehicle. It wasn't that dirty going in but it was noticeably cleaner. Liz was satisfied with their professionalism. They talked to her son, and they made him feel comfortable. He'd had the accident and she wanted him to have the experience of dealing with the repair. They were very nice, acceptable with comments, and they were appropriate. Geico did a great job. She didn't know what to expect, but they were very polite and quick to respond. Overall she was very satisfied, but she always wishes it would cost less. This business made a tough experience easier and a little less painful. She trusts Geico. They sent her to a business they're comfortable with, and they were right.
