Margaret said she was very pleased with this business. They were great. The insurance company could have communicated with the business better. The insurance did a poor job of telling this business what type of damage her vehicle had sustained. They left out some of the important details, like the wheel alignment and that her axle needed to be replaced. After her vehicle was repaired they found they still had to repair the issues. They had to keep her vehicle an extra week because of the poor communication on the part of the insurance company.
