Spoke with Barry. He said his vehicle was ready 3 or 4 days late because of an insurance company delay. The insurance company was trying to determine if they would approve him getting his tire replaced. He paid to replace the tire himself and he still has not been reimbursed by his insurance company. His vehicle wasn't returned in a clean condition because they washed his vehicle, but they only detailed the same side the damage was on. He is not yet completely satisfied with the way the insurance company is handling his claim, because his claim is still open.
