Dave said his vehicle was not repaired to his satisfaction on his first visit because they had missed some scratches that had been caused by the accident. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they seemed to be more concerned about making sure they received their check rather than making him feel like they trusted him. They refused to do the work on his vehicle before he signed over the insurance check, and when he picked up the vehicle and it was not finished they would not return it to him without the check, even though he said the work was not complete.
