Phetchara said she took her vehicle in because she had a problem with her seatbelt, the airbag, and the body damage. There was nothing else wrong with it. She ended up taking her vehicle in three times. When she got her vehicle back there was smoke coming out of it. The mechanic she dealt with told her it was because he didn't clean the coolant and he didn't add any water. She had to return again because there was a noise coming from her air compressor. They did not do any paint work. They were finally able to fix everything.
