Tom said they ran the battery down while detailing the vehicle. While attempting to jump start it something went wrong, and they blew the main fuse and knocked out the electrical system. His daughter picked up the vehicle and was told it would reset in half an hour, but she waited until the next day and it had not reset. They suggested there might have been a problem with the electrical system prior to being at the business. He brought the vehicle back in with his daughter and they were very nice and took care of the problem. They have done an excellent job of following up.
